The old system had frequent errors are due to mismatches between information input by op1 and op2, errors happen with interactions with other systems (e.g. WDX, AMLKYC) as well. Approximately 50% of applications would have to go to at least the Op1 fix stage. These were mostly email addresses and postal address.

Our team solved several problems:

Further integration of this data into third-party system, Watson, Microsoft Dynamic CRM with a custom add-on for working with clients.

Results

As a result, we managed to create a unique product that processes the results of a specific data entry procedure and certain checks on the validity of this data. It also provides the control process by checking the entered data by the second operator.

Thanks to this solution, the client was able to reduce the operating time from 15 minutes to 5 minutes.

They freed our hands, allowing us to do more creative things while they take care of the development.
