Sales Executive

responsibilities

  • collaborate with leadgen team on gaining new warm leads
  • qualify leads and convert them from MQL to SQL
  • close SQL-s
  • communicate with prospects, analyze their needs, craft and offer solutions
  • develop effective relationships with a broad range of key decision makers
  • identify, quantify and prioritize market opportunities
  • search for new channels for gaining prospects
  • work closely with Delivery team on estimations and custom solution offerings
  • work closely with Marketing team on creating presentational materials, improving inbound leadgen conversion, and creating an effective positioning
  • develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations
  • develop, direct and manage prospecting strategy to hold C and VP level meetings
  • coordinate and conduct on-site assessments of prospects’ needs and requirements
  • meet with prospects personally (readiness for business trips is a must

Qualifications

  • at least 1 year of experience on a position of Sales Executive or BDM
  • proven track record of work with foreign B2B clients (US, EU, Middle East, etc.)
  • successful background and experience in dealing with complex, executive-level B2B sales processes
  • understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Desktop, IoT, etc.)
  • exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • ability to present company’s services and demos of existing custom solutions to prospects
  • proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • outstanding sales and negotiations skills
  • advanced English (both written and oral)
  • result-driven, pro-active and self-motivated personality with strong business acumen

Would be a plus

  • technical background and good understanding of computer science
  • experience in outsourcing companies
