About Vacancy
Client is a leading investment management business, building digital platforms that help individuals and institutions invest responsibly and efficiently. The project focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality, secure, and scalable financial products used by thousands of customers. We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join the project and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define testing strategies, improve automation, and uphold high-quality standards across the SDLC. -
You Will
- Design, develop, and maintain manual test cases
- Define and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance expectations are met for financial products
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in release planning and risk assessment

You Have
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing web-based applications and APIs
- Proficiency in writing clear test documentation and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, etc.)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with SQL for data validation and testing
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Nice to Have: Experience in fintech, investments, or financial services, Experience with Salesforce, Performance or security testing experience
