    Our company is looking for talented professionals to join our team as Middle Sales Manager at our Kyiv/Kharkiv office or remote
  • You Will
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Proactively seek new channels for acquiring new customers, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
    • Closely collaborate with lead generation and marketing teams.
    • Expand and enhance the existing clients’ database through strategic relationship building and proactive account management.
    • Execute business trips as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
  • You Have
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales management, demonstrating proficiency in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Proven track record of working with foreign B2B clients, particularly in the US/EU markets.
    • Strong understanding of software development stages, both in Web and Mobile domains, to effectively communicate our services and demonstrate existing custom solutions to potential clients.
    • Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
    • Demonstrated capability in driving the sales process from initial client engagement to successful closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
    • Proficient in sales and negotiations techniques, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships.
    • Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey them effectively to clients.
    • Experience with CRM: Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
    • Account Management Experience: Previous experience in effectively managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships - would be an advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and persuasion.
    • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with international clients.
    • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
