    Our company is looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Middle Sales Manager at our Kyiv/Kharkiv office or remotely
  • You Will
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and provide tailored solutions
    • Proactively seek new channels for acquiring new customers, leveraging market insights and industry trends
    • Closely collaborate with lead generation and marketing teams
    • Expand and enhance the existing clients’ database through strategic relationship building and proactive account management
    • Execute business trips as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities
  • You Have
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales management, demonstrating proficiency in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
    • Proven track record of working with foreign B2B clients, particularly in the US/EU markets
    • Strong understanding of software development stages, both in the Web and Mobile domains, to effectively communicate our services and demonstrate existing custom solutions to potential clients
    • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings
    • Demonstrated capability in driving the sales process from initial client engagement to successful closure, including negotiation and contract finalization
    • Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships
    • Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey them effectively to clients
    • Experience with CRM: Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions and track sales activities
    • Account Management Experience: Previous experience in effectively managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships would be an advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and persuasion
    • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with international clients
    • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
