Challenge.

We started to work on the project while the first version of the product was already released. However, some wrong choices regarding app design and architecture resulted in a slow functionality, a lot of bugs, and outdated design. It led to almost zero user adoption and consequently meant financial losses for the client. So, the customer requested to rework the application in order to improve adoption.

After a series of initial planning meetings with the client, a strategic decision was made to rework the design of the application and significantly change the app architecture.

It included the implementation of product API for tight integration with partners, setting of all monitoring servers, integration of interview process with client’s SaaS CRM system, and creation of payment system.
