We delivered a cross-platform mobile application using React Native, enabling students to sign in with their York credentials, browse available rides, and share trip costs intuitively:
- User Authentication: Integrated with YorkU’s SSO for secure login.
- Trip Matching: Developed real-time route matching using Django-backed APIs on AWS, ensuring accurate and efficient ride coordination.
- In-App Messaging: Built chat functionality for riders and drivers to coordinate pickups, enhancing the user experience.
