YuRide

YuRide is a Ride-Sharing service proudly founded by YorkU Alumni. It strives to tackle the public transportation issues faced by university goers and provides a solution to the major environmental challenges encountered within the York community.

Challenge.

The client had an in-house experts in software engineering. However, the company required professional help with building mobile application before releasing it to the market for a large load of users.

Cross-platform (Android, iOS) mobile application enabling shared trips for the students of the York University.

Each student, using their own authorization with the York University system, had to be able to join the application community, find mates who plan a trip over the same route, and share traveling costs.
