  • About Vacancy
    Our company is looking for talented professionals to join our team to work full-time as a Junior DevOps Engineer at our Kyiv or Kharkiv office.
  • You Will
    • As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems. Your primary duties will include:
    • Infrastructure Management:
    • Utilize AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, ELB, PostgreSQL, Redis) to deploy and manage scalable applications.
    • Work with Docker and Docker Compose to containerize and orchestrate services.
    • CI/CD Pipeline Development:
    • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, including deployment pipelines, PR build automation, and regression pipelines.
    • Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot any build or deployment failures.
    • Configuration Management and Automation:
    • Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
    • Automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency and system reliability.
    • System Administration:
    • Manage and monitor Linux-based systems.
    • Identify and resolve system performance issues.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of new features.
    • Provide clear and timely updates to the team regarding infrastructure changes or issues.
    • Troubleshooting:
    • Diagnose and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
    • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
    • Additional Opportunities:
    • If you have or wish to develop Kubernetes expertise, you may assist in managing container orchestration solutions.
  • You Have
    • At least 6 months of experience in a DevOps role.
    • Proficiency with Docker, Docker Compose, and Git CLI.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, ELB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
    • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Jenkins.
    • Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
    • Intermediate English proficiency for effective communication.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Linux system administration.
    • Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
