About the Client.
One Network Enterprises offers an AI-powered Digital Supply Chain Network platform that provides end-to-end visibility and control, enabling effective planning, execution, and continuous optimization of supply, demand, and logistics.
Challenge.
The company had over 50 open Java expert positions across the entire company, and our task was to help them out with them.
Within just two months, KnubiSoft had to assemble a team of 20+ professionals, including both Java specialists and QA Engineers, to cater to the various company s modules of a complex supply chain management platform.
All candidates were required to successfully complete ONE’s multi-stage evaluation, including background check, testing task, and two technical interviews, along with Knubisoft thorough pre-screening.
Solution.
Overall, we have successfully assembled a team of Java experts and QA engineers who have been collaborating with One Network Enterprises for over three years now. They ve been involved in various projects, including retail, healthcare, logistics, and more.
ONEs product is complex and requires a lengthy onboarding process of around two months. To streamline this process, we developed our own Knowledge Base, which addresses common questions and troubleshooting steps related to onboarding. This has made the onboarding process quicker for new hires.
Since our professionals work across various projects and teams, weve set up a system to monitor their performance. We also prioritize team satisfaction by holding regular meetings with managers of 10 different teams.
